Reply from Kate, Age 11 - 07/17/05 - IP#: 64.229.113.xxx when i did situps i would do 10 then 15 then 20 until i eventually got to 305. if you push yourself to hard all you will end up getting is a sore stomach. start out small and work your way up and you will feel harder abs and less fat.
