Ht. 5'4, Wt. 140 - my stomach doesn't look tha big but my thighs are HUGE. does anone know good excercises for thighs so they lose flab? thanx

u can't spot reduce but if u wanna waste ur time and try u have to work ur hamstrings first then u can get to the rest of ur legs

i feel the same way about my thighs i just go on long walks and sometimes i jog in the morning and i ride my bike everyday.
