Ht. 5, Wt. 160 - hey guys im so frustrated , everytime i do long walks and sit-ups, and eating the right food, portion, and keeping it balaced i havent lost a thing! not even 1 pound! I really want to lose 20 or more pounds till i go to school in sept , anybody wanna help me out here?!?! I checked my self now and i weigh 163!

long walks don't do much. running is better burn more calories than u eat u have to do more than long walks and situps grl if u wanna lose that much bi september just doing that u'll lose squat

When you eat, count the calories. Buy an electric pedometer that counts calories burned when you walk, and simply walk to burn more calories than you eat!
