you need to eat hewlthy and do things that are high impact like swim laps around a pool or jog around your neighborhood or do 50 10 foot sprits (take a break every ten) do like 200 crunches makes sure u work the sides too! make sure u eat right or else none of this will work!

no excersize will make u lose weight "really fast" just excersize and excersie a lot

They are all differnt. Try walking. It is good exercise and you don't get too tired.

try any exercise. You'll lose at your own pace.
