Ht. 5'4, Wt. 142 - man, i just found out i had been reading my scale wrong. instead of 140 i'm 142. i need to lose 20- 25 pounds by august 31 (the next day i have surgery). do u think that is possible? i would greatly apprieciate ANY tips, weight loss plans that work (and u don't gain the weight back), or excercises. thanx soooooo much

You've got about 6 weeks left, so you can lose about 12-24lbs. What surgery do you have?
