Ht. 5"5, Wt. 141 pounds - I hate being overweight. No one has ever called me fat but i'm still the second fatest girl in my class and there is nothing i can do. My dad's side of the family are all fat and it's in my genes. Anyone have any ideas?

You are not that overweight try walking and other simple exercises.
