HERE'S SOME ADVICE THAT MIGHT HELP. TRY TO EAT A BALANCED MEAL...for instance: chicken(baked not fried), with carrots or potatoes, choco. or plain milk, a biscuit, n grapes..THAT WOULD BE CONSIDERED A BALANCED MEAL. TRY NOT TO PUT BUTTER ON WHAT U EAT B'CUZ IT HAS A LOT OF FAT IN IT. ALSO, TRY TO EITHER GRILL OR BAKE YOUR FOODS, BUT NEVER FRY THEM B'CUZ GREASE IS NOTH'N BUT FAT. IF YOU TRY TO EXERCISE AT LEAST 20 OR 30 MINS..MAYBE EVEN AN HOUR A DAY THAT WILL HELP TO BURN FAT B'CUZ DIETING AND EXERCISE GO HAND-IN-HAND. WATCH UR CALORIES B'CUZ HOWEVER MANY CALORIES YOU EAT THAT'S HOW MANY YOU HAVE TO BURN OFF. ONE LAST WORD OF ADVICE...DON'T EVER STARVE YOURSELF...CUZ INSTEAD OF LOSING POUNDS YOU MIGHT GAIN POUNDS. U JUSS WANNA EAT RIGHT N EXERCISE...EATING RIGHT WILL HELP YOU TO NOT GAIN POUNDS N EXERCISING WILL HELP YOU TO LOSE POUNDS N SCULPT YOUR BODY.
