You have to go on a diet which means eating right...So ask ur parents to help u diet by buying healthy foods for you. Dieting is also balancing out what u eat. For example, for dinner you could have: chicken(baked not fried),with potatoes n carrots,choco. or plain milk, a biscuit(no butter),and some grapes. That is a balanced yet delicious dinner. With dieting goes exercise. You should make a schedule, where at certain times of the day u exercise. For instance, if you decide that from 7 til 8 o' clock ur gonna exercise that would be okay. So before then u could do ur homework n chores. Also making better choices like walking instead of taking the elevator also helps. Juss follow my advice....if that doesn't work than i'm sure there's someone else who can help you. ~A friend~

Reply from jenna, Age 12 - 01/11/05 - IP#: 69.0.49.xxx it is really simple. You can't trust those fad diets. All you do is eat the right foods and the right amount of it. You also could exercise everyday for 20 min. Buy some workout tapes. It is fun. I already lose 5 lbs. Try it! Good luck ~jenna~
