Ht. 5 ft, Wt. 207 - hi, i am really over weight. i spent all my time sitting on the couch eating everything in my site but i am not loosing any weight i don't get it. what am i doing wrong. every once in a while i will get up and walk to the fridge to get some popcicles and that is alot of work. i really hope someone will help me.
