Ht. 5' 2", Wt. 368 - Im so fat. Fat is everwhere im drowning in it. Its all in my stomach and my breays. My breast is bigger than my moms. I have to where like a 34dd size. I broke my leg last month when I fell down the stairs since I was 300 pounds and was so heavy. No I just sit and watch tv all day. I cant get up to exercise so I just gain pounds and more pounds. I gained 12 pounds last week.
I cant walk anymore. My doctor says that if i dont have a weigh loss surgery ill die. My mom says its too expensive. I just keep eating. I am gaining like 10 pounds a week. HELP.

Your mom needs you to get that surgery quick.Who cares if it is to espensv.I no I do not now you but I do not want you to die.You need that surgery NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!

hi you should tell your mom to only buy fruits that way u dont eat any junk food and make sure u drink lots of water i lost 3 pounds in 5 days doinging that and it worked now after 8 mounths i am 210 and am sort of happy for myself

Hey, I am 241lbs. and I know how you feel but if you don't get active you will regret it. I was recently hospitalized because I have what is called Celulitus in my leg. Don't lose hope. You are still so young and will never forget your fight with this, try to get active and swim, run, play any sport you can to get active. Do this ultimately to benefit yourself, NOT FOR ANYONE ELSE!! Hope you can benefit from this advice.

Hey just work hard and get sum of ur friends to call u everyday and make sure ur exercising and dieting right. they will motivate u.when ever u go to the store look for seventeen magazines there they have great exercises and recipes that are healthy. well,good luck. Sice u can't walk id say u should just rest ur foot so it will heal nicely but STICK TO UR DIET!!!!! then once ur leg is better go out side and take a walk around ur neighborhood if u can only do 1 lap thats fine just keep walking one lap for that week but then in ur second week start doing 2 laps and so on and so on. Okay switch to low fat and fat free foods. Like switch to 1% milk and then work your way down to skim milk, use 50% light cheese, fat free mayonnaise (I prefer fat free miracle whip. It has more flavor) and stuff like that. Eat high in fiber foods like whole wheat bread instead of white. Instead of eating regular pizza try frozen smartones or south beach diet pizzas. And instead of ice cream try south beach diet cookies and weightwatchers ice cream bars and cake. Some things I find helpful is to eat a small salad with fat free dressing with lunch and dinner. It makes you more full when you go to eat your main meal. Don't use too much butter either and don't eat too many sweets. Make sure you don't have soda or chips on a regular basis. Eat LOTS of fruits and vegetables. And drink A LOT of water! Exercise daily. You can walk, or you can run, or ride your bike, or swim. Whatever you choose to do make sure you exercise for at least an hour daily. If you want you can just walk for thrity minutes and then swim for a little while and then just do outside play like jumping on a trampoline or playing basketball. weigh yourself every week and keep track of your weight. if you feel like snacking try drinking flavored water to satisfie your sweet tooth. Pay attention to portion sizes. If the serving size is one cup, don't have more than one cup. Portion sizes are one of the most important things in dieting. And remember to have faith in yourself. If you get yourself down it'll be ten times harder. And also remember to let go every once in a while and eat something that isn't in your diet! Good luck! These are the tips that I am giving to everyone. I save them and just copy paste them so I don't have to type it over and over again. But I know that it is hard for you to walk so first start with the dieting, and then start swimming and walking. Swimming will be great because it will make you feel lighter and you won't get too hot because you are in water.

portion control sweetie. you need to be able to do that. it might sound hard but you need to. get a stationary bike and if you can't walk than just try to pedal. i guarantee you will starting losing a LOT OF WEIGHT because you weigh a lot right now. then you will become slimmer, but not skinny. you will still be above average but then you will be able to do more exercise and eventually you will become fit and healthy. if neone needs tips email me soccerchika223@yahoo.com

First start eating healthy foods so that you may have more energy to get up and walk around. Eat fat free foods, and fruits and vegetables. Have fruit for dessert or fat free and sugar free jello. Try to stay away from foods like, pizza, french fries, grilled cheese sandwiches, chips, soda, and other high calorie and fat foods. Make sure you eat a lot of high in fiber foods, they help you lose weight. And try to walk around a little bit. the more you do it the better you'll get. Omg I have to help! I'm writing a novel for you. Ok what you do at first is you cut your portions in half and EAT ABSOLUTLY NO SWEETS! You will gradually start to lose small amounts of weight. Once you feel you can exercise again, try walking and use a pedometer. Drink lots of water, and when you are confident again, try swimming. Swim a lot, and you could lose a lot of weight. Talk to your doctor. Watch only 2hrs of TV a day, and don't use a remote. Don't take diet pills or go on celebrity diets. Eat small salads and also eat chicken because it doesn't have that many calories. Stay away from packaged foods and peanut butter, which is filled with calories. One cup has over 1500 calories! Get a punching bag and punch it at first, but when you lose some weight, start to kick it as well. Hang it in your basement. When you weigh about 250lbs, start to go on short bike rides and bring a backpack with water and granola bars. They will give you energy and are not full of calories. When you have more energy, try going on longer bike rides until you can ride almost continuosly for 2hrs. If your school has a weightloss club, join it, because some people have lost over 200lbs in one. If you work really hard, you could lose that much in 2 years. I know you can do it if you try!
