What do you when you weigh 200pounds? this is what I call obesity. Born like a cow eat like a cow I need seious attention and I mean serious the biggest attention there is. Please write back anyone.

HI, my name is Ashley I am overweight also.
This is what I do every day. For breakfast eat apple and salad w/water. Excercise 30-60 minutes. for lunch eat tuna and salt free crackers and drink skim milk . for dinner eat salad with thousand island dressing by kraft with baked chicken. Don't eat 3 hours before you go to bed. then excercise again after dinner. you shouldn't eat anything else for the day. you are also allowed to treat yourself every now and then but you have to excercise after every treat. You will loosse a maximum of 2 pounds a week.

hey... If u want to loose a lot of weight all u really have to do is just to excercise a lot, and eat healthy foods. And like most people say... if u go out to eat, just order a salad or something that is healthy for u... like fruit or vegetables.
