Hi, I weight 180 lbs and i am 5'4 tall, i know i am overwieght and so i was wondering if anybody had any ideas how to lose some weight.. thanx!

Reply from Nicole, Age 14 - 06/25/03 - IP#: 66.119.34.xxx Alright whatever you do...stay away from fried foods and junk food! lol that juss turns the sugar into fat...which I don't think you or any of us want. Drink lots of water cuz it cleans out your system and goes with any food! Eat all your daily foods from the food pyramid and exercise everyday. My suggestion is to make a chart of how many servings of food you should have everyday of every food group. Also stay away from soda and that kind of stuff...just for now. Well I wish you all the luck in getting to the weight you want to!
