Ht. 5'3, Wt. 158 - HI! My sister is doing pretty good on her diet, and I want to be just as good. Lately I've been making omelettes for breakfast, but my dad won't let me have any until next week because he said you're only supposed to have 2-4 eggs a week. Is that true? I also need recipees for healthy things to make or good meal choices. Thanx!
