Ht. 5'8, Wt. 190 - I weigh alot and I am tired of looking like a pig. I need some advice as in types of excersizes and some diets. I want to look nice but I am not. I some day want to look like a odel or actress. I need some help and some advice. Please right back to me and I will thank you with every thing in my heart. HELP!!

I can only say one thing...dont hide it, flaunt it! I know i sound really wierd, but the wierd thing is that alot of guys actually like big girls! take it from me...i have old previous boyfriends that i was going to lose wieght and they said "DONT U DARE!!! u look wonderful just the way u r" that made me feel good, but if u do want to lose weight theres only one thing u need to do and that is walk...walk to school, walk home, walk to the store, walk to a friends house, walk everywhere; however if it is raining or snowing then i suggest not walking....u dont need to catch a cold just to lose wieght - so when ur in the house all winter long invite some friends over and turn on some hot music and dance the night away! i need to start taking my own advice so i CAN lose some wieght!!!!! and another thing dont say ur on a diet - when u think diet u get stressed then u eat more - just think to urself dont get 2 and 3 helpings at dinner no matter how good it is! LOL! get one and maybe a half plates, u wont even realize it but if u start doing that u WILL start to lose wieght! good luck!!!

dont campare urself with modles or actresses. they never eat and have all these problems with thier heart cus it beats too slowly cus they so skinny

Well first of all i would stop looking at yourself like a pig get some self-confindence u will think better about urself and u will not be as sad. 2nd i would start exercising 3-4 times a week an 1/2 hour in the beignning and work up to an hour then try to eat healthy food an no snakes but if u must have a snak have an apple or some veggies.
