Ht. 5'6", Wt. 141 - Hi guys Ive been exercising really hard for a week but I gained 3 pounds do you think its because Im gaining muscle? And Ive also been trying to not eat junk food so I dont think Im gaining fat well I was wondering if any of you would help me out with a diet and exercise plan. PLEASE reply!!!!

well you can eat junk food you just have to balance like have one small icesrean cone per one two weeksand go for a ten minute run of fast walk cut down your tv time i gess just dont be lazy and look at the heath information on everthing you eat see how much fats and carbs there well thats all i can say try it out and reply back
