if you want to lose weight, first, watch what you eat. meaning look at the fat content on things before you eat them, and if you can't get that craving out of your system, then only have a little bit. this includes dinner and other meals, you should say before you sit down. i'm going to have 2 scoops of rice and i piece of chicken. and i'm goung to eat salad (or veggies) to fill me up the rest of the way. remember, american cheese is the worst thing you can eat when trying to lose weight, and try SKIM milk you have to get use to it not being as thick as whole milk, but it tastes better than whole milk.
second, excersize! it can be fun. walk your dog, play tag with your friends, do jumping jacks and jumprope, swim, go on a trampoline, jog around your neighborhood. when you want to lose wieght, you want to do things called cardip vascullar excersizes, that means you get your heart rate up, or when you put your hand ove you're heart, it foes faster than normal. it can be fun.
