Ht. 5.2, Wt. 300 - HELP! I WEGHT 300 POUNDS AND I AM SO F***'N PISSED AT EVERYTHING, ALL I WANT IS TO BE SKINNY LIKE MY OLDER SISTER WHO WEIGHS 94 POUNDS AND SHES PERFECT. SHES ALWAYS CALLING ME FAT AND IT MAKES ME DEPRESSED WICH MAKES ME EAT MORE. ALL I WANT IS TO BE HAPPY WITH MYSELF

hey i am the same as u but i drink 8 bottles of water a day and it help my exercise program is that i do 50 legs lifts for each leg while laying on the floor then i do 20 arm lifts still laying on the ground then i switch to 50 sit ups thwn 30 high kicks also i go back and do 50 more sit ups then 20 arm circles small ones 4 each arm then i go to large ones the same way and i keep a food journal and workout journal every week my mom checks them and tells me if i am doing good or bad if u need ne more help email me at ilovesummer189@aol.com i know i have depression and when i get depressed i eat too but i try and stop it bye chewing sugarless gum and drinking alot of water if u dont like plain water u can also drink fruit 20 and the dasani flavored waters it will do the same as regular water

I lost 5 pounds in 5 days. All thanks to Sammy who gave me that great work out. Thanks so much Sammy you helped me alot. I am going to do it everyday. Does anyone else have any work outs? Sammy gave me this work.It works really good it made me lose 5 pounds in about 4-7 days it really works. But it is really difficult! Here it is- 100 curl ups (hands behind head) 25 crunches for each leg (when you're in curl up position, put your left hand behind your head so that your elbow is sticking out, and you put your right foot on your left knee so that it is in a triangle too, and touch your left elbow to your right knee. It goes vice versa.) 15 push-ups 1 minute leg hold (when you lie on your stomach and left your feet in the air w/o bending your legs, then flip so that you're on your back and do the same thing, then you roll on your side and lift one leg at a time, for one minute each.) 200 jumping jacks 10 cartwheels 100 toe-touches (right to left, left to right, 100 total) 50 leg crunches (bending at the knee so that your arms touch the floor, repeated 50 times) Running up and down the stairs 20 times Make certain to drink a bottle of water. It's a pretty good little program, and if you do it once in the morning, once at noon, and once in the evening (you could even throw in one more!) you'll probably feel better about yourself.
