Ht. 5'2, Wt. 158 - Hey guys/girls to lose weight healthy and being it stayed off* you have to only lose 2 pounds each week thats the only healthy way to lose it and stays off permantly! I've lost 2 pounds this week just eating 1,250 or less calories and i did physical excersizes mostly everyday 1 hour or less ! you can lose 8 pounds in a month that is cool and healthy way! My goal is to lose 40 pounds till january 7 2006 and i feel im going to acommplish it =D.reply back if u want!
