Ht. 5'1", Wt. 135 - wHEN I WAS YOUNGER I USED TO BE UNDERWEIGHT AND MY DOCTOR GAVE ME THESE BARS TO HELP ME GAIN WEIGHT WELL I GOT REALLY HOOKED ON THEM AND WHEN HE SAIDSI WAS THE NORMAL WEIGHT I COULD STOP EATING THEM WELL I LOVED THEM SO MUCH THAT ALMOST EVERY MONTH I HAVE ATE THEM AND GAINED 5-10 LBS LAST MONTH I WEIGHED 125 NOW 135 WILL SOMEONE PLZ HELP ME I HAVE STOPPED EATING THE BARS BUT NOW I AM ALWAYS FINDING MYSELF EATING CHIPS AND ICECREAM ALL THE TIME! WILL SOME1 PLZ HELP!

But please tell me the name of the bars the doctor told you about because I am 5'6 and weigh 100 lbs. I am severely underweight and really need some help gaining. They say I don't have any medical problems but my weight makes me so sad and depressed that sometimes I can't eat so I just cry and sleep.
Reply from blake, Age 12 - 08/23/05 - IP#: 207.69.139.xxx hey sara instead of eating all those bars and junk food just try to fill up on a lot of water.if water dosent do the trick for me i drink unsweatend soy milk with very little sugar free chocolate syrup taste great and very filling started drinking this last week twice a day so far i have lost 5 pounds.
