yeah but we dont just care about looks, we care about the diabeates , heart diseases we will get if we keep living like this

Everyone is beautiful, but being overweight is not good. It can lead to serious problems now and later in life, like heart disease. You dont have to lose weight to look "pretty" but do it for your health.
