Ht. 4'8", Wt. 127 - Help!!!Im in the 7th grade and i am overweight.I need help on exercising and dieting.i love food and i can never stop eating HELP ME PLEEZ!!!!! _><_.Ps i dont have an email adress so i cant email anyone.

hey i am the same as u but i drink 8 bottles of water a day and it help my exercise program is that i do 50 legs lifts for each leg while laying on the floor then i do 20 arm lifets still laying on the ground then i switch to 50 sit ups thwn 30 high kicks also i go back and do 50 more sit ups then 20 arm circles small ones 4 each arm then i go to large ones the same way and i kepp a food journal and workout journal every week my mom checks them and tells me if i am doing good or bad if u need ne more help email me at ilovesummer189@aol.com

If you want an exercise plan heres one that might work but u have to follow it every day and not skip anything: Monday: 50 crunches 25 sit ups 30 jumping jacks run in place for 3 minutes Tuseday: 55 crunches 30 sit ups 30 jumping jacks runin place for 4 minutes Wednesday: 60 crunches 35 sit ups 35 jumping jacks run around (not in place) for 15 minutes. Thursday: 70 crunches 38 sit ups 40 jumping jacks run around for 20 minutes. Friday: Same as thursday Saturday:Same as wednesday sunday: rest but do not eat over 2,000 calories Monday: same as Thursday monday trough friday you do the same and then saturday and sunday you do the same when this work out becomes easier increase everything. You should see real results in about 3- 6 weeks. good luck and i hope this works for you! I did this and lost 125 pounds it took me 1 year and a half. now get off the computer and get started.

Hi well you sound like a girl , so i will talk to you i dont like talking to boys about this !
so then i am the same as you always want 2 eat but want to loose weight at the same time it is hard work so you have got to stick 2 water or cordial and fruit instead of choc and healthy meals and onlyt 3 meals a day no snacks in between apart from fruit ! hope i have helped you !
