Ht. 5'6, Wt. 210 - i am 210 pounds and kids always call me names like fat man and ground beef. every time i try a diet i gain instead of loss what should i do

If you want an exercise plan heres one that might work but u have to follow it every day and not skip anything: Monday: 50 crunches 25 sit ups 30 jumping jacks run in place for 3 minutes Tuseday: 55 crunches 30 sit ups 30 jumping jacks runin place for 4 minutes Wednesday: 60 crunches 35 sit ups 35 jumping jacks run around (not in place) for 15 minutes. Thursday: 70 crunches 38 sit ups 40 jumping jacks run around for 20 minutes. Friday: Same as thursday Saturday:Same as wednesday sunday: rest but do not eat over 2,000 calories Monday: same as Thursday monday trough friday you do the same and then saturday and sunday you do the same when this work out becomes easier increase everything. You should see real results in about 3- 6 weeks. good luck and i hope this works for you! I did this and lost 125 pounds it took me 1 year and a half. now get off the computer and get started.

Okay switch to low fat and fat free foods. Like switch to 1% milk and then work your way down to skim milk, use 50% light cheese, fat free mayonnaise (I prefer fat free miracle whip. It has more flavor) and stuff like that. Also don’t eat a lot of butter. Try Butter Buds. They are these little butter flavored granulates and only have 5 calories, no fat, cholesterol, or sodium in a teaspoon. Eat high in fiber foods like whole wheat bread instead of white. Instead of eating regular pizza try frozen smartones or south beach diet pizzas. And instead of ice cream try south beach diet cookies and weightwatchers ice cream bars and cake. Some things I find helpful is to eat a small salad with fat free dressing with lunch and dinner. It makes you more full when you go to eat your main meal. Don't use too much butter either and don't eat too many sweets. Make sure you don't have soda or chips on a regular basis. Eat LOTS of fruits and vegetables. And drink A LOT of water! Exercise daily. You can walk, or you can run, or ride your bike, or swim. Whatever you choose to do make sure you exercise for at least an hour daily. If you want you can just walk for thirty minutes and then swim for a little while and then just do outside play like jumping on a trampoline or playing basketball. weigh yourself every week and keep track of your weight. if you feel like snacking try drinking flavored water to satisfy your sweet tooth (make sure you drink a low in sodium flavored water too). Pay attention to portion sizes. If the serving size is one cup, don't have more than one cup. Portion sizes are one of the most important things in dieting. And remember to have faith in yourself. If you get yourself down it'll be ten times harder. And also remember to let go every once in a while and eat something that isn't in your diet! Good luck! Hey Exersise is really important try to get atleast 30 mins a day and drink lots of water and also try to avoid fatty foods. Hope I helped. Jan<3
