I'm 10 yearsold and 5'2". I weigh 150 lbs. I have more rolls on my stomach than a pastry truck. I am so fat. Please help me!! I wear a sweatshirt even when it's 100 degreese at school to hide the bulging fat from my stomach that shows through my shirt. I have used and tried health charts everywhere and they all tell me that I'm obese. For breakfast I eat 6 slices of ham and bacon, 3 eggs , toast and butter. Lunch; a hamburger, fries, and a extra large shake. Dinner and desert: Pie, chiken, beef, and cake. I am so fat and my pant size is 34. None of my clothes fit and some of my mom's close don't fit me either. Help me fast.

hun try to become a vegitarian...i am........it looks like all the fat your getting is because you eat way to much meat

i used to be like you but then i went on a good diet called wheight watchers it really helped me i lost 30lbs. now i look normal now i am not trying to tell u u r fat but just try it bye Brattier cuttiebaby

I weigh about 130 pounds prbly more than that the kid that sits across fromo me says I need body fitness and it is very sad to hear i feel bad gow can I lose like um....I don't know about 20 to 30 pounds?

You poor thing! I know exactly how you feel.When I joined highschool iweighed 175 pounds I lost 27 pounds with exercise. It helped me alot I went from a size 18 to a size 8 in 1 month. Put your mind to it you can do it! write back I'm Liesa's sister!

hey who cares what other people think i was over weight
and i wanted to slim down for my grade 8 graduation and
i just cut down fast food an junkfood and drank lots of water im now talking boxing and that helps me stay fit when i weighed 150 i still had a really hot boyfriend because it doesn't matter what u look like its who u r! remember that bye try what i did it works

u gotta eat least.
my suggestion is... u replace pop with diet pop. cut out them eggs annd bacons. ham is ok. BUT NOT 6 PIECES! tt is too much. if you need my help....luv_candy88@hotmail.com

GURL... THE ONLY REASON YOU ARE COMPLAINING IS BECAUSE WE LIVE IN A SOCIETY WHERE WE ALL GIRLS SHOULD LOOK LIKE BRITNEY SPEARS OR CHRISTINA AGUILERA. fEEL FREE TO WEAR TANK TOPS AND mAYBE EVEN A SWIMSUIT.

You should not punish yourself by wearing a sweatshirt when it is 100 degrees out i am 10 and i wear tank tops to school who cares what you look like i weigh 170 pounds and i wear a size 36 in pants if you want to help each other then e-mail me at rds1@rochester.r.r.com

Hi Sara, My name is Candy, I was overweight as a child to. So I know kids and parents can be very cruel at times. The first thing you need to do is lift your selfasteem, don't be so down on yourself because of how you look. Look inside yourself and find your better qualities first, then we can start to loose weight. Look at your eyes, what color are they? what shape are they? What type of personality do you have? are you cruel to others? or are you pleasant? What special talents do you have? do you like to dance?If you find other interests than eating youcan start toloose weight. I have a 7 year old daughter who is overweight, and is teased daily at school. It makes me very angry at the otherchildren, but I tell my daughter weare not going to worry about what those kids think of her. I tell her how pretty she is and that I love her no matter what. A nd I'm sure your parents love you no matter what. I don't know when you will read this but on the very first day after reading this when you go to have breakfast tell your mom that youonly want 3 slices of ham or bacon, 2 eggs, and 2 slices of toast with a lowfat butter or spread. If you still feel hungry after breakfast then drinka glass of water,itwill help you feel full. For lunch its ok to have a hamburger some fries and a small shake. But remember shakes are very fattening. Just like with breakfast if you still feel hungry drink a glass or two of water.For dinner have broiled or baked chicken,but don't eat the skin because it is very fattening.Some potatoes or noodles is fine with it.Have 1 small piece of pie or cake. And as before if you still feel hungry drink a glass of water. Remember Sara you are the only one who has the power to control your weight, It's called will power, And I hope I can help you develop a strong one. You must also keep yourself busy and active that will burn up the fat cells your body is storeing. Maybe you could help mom when she cleans around the house, or dance a little even if you don't think you know how.Just remember some exercise is better than none at all. The worst thing you can do is just plop infront of the tv,computer,or a video game after eating it all turns right into fat cells.Sara you have to gradually cut down on how much food you eat, you didn,t put the weight on overnight so it wont come off overnight either.You can slowly shrink your stomache back down to its average size by eating smaller portions of food. If you get hungry try eating fruit,popcorn without butter,or vegetables.Thats what my mom makes me eat.I am 10 4"10 and weigh 145lbs.
