Ht. 5''6, Wt. 174 - OK Me again. PPLS were wondering how I lost weight.
Every day i do the bike for about 45 min or 1 hour.Maybe not everyday. Every other day. Even though it's
a little bit hard, U will lose weight. remember I told ya'll I weighted 178 and I could'n go over than 180.
Well now I weight 174. Thanks to the bike.
