Ht. 5"7, Wt. 200 - hey do u think this is a good workout for me first i do 50 leg lifts and 20 arm lifts for each arm and leg then i do 50 sit ups ,30 high kicks 50 more sit ups ,then arm circles big and little 400 for each arm backwards n forwards also in between i drink alot of water i do this workout 2-3 times a day everyday do u think it is good 4 me

remember not to overdo it! but that sounds good to me! i actually started kickboxing and i adore it! u shud try is at a local community center or sumthing! its working for me!
