Ht. 5'2, Wt. 160 - hey people this summer i've been excersing and eating 1000 calories or more and I DIDNT BARLY LOSE WEIGHT.I eat more than i want to and i get exctremely full just to lose weight and i didnt lose!So i dont care about healthy anymore im jus going to eat normal when im hungrey or not , on a regular day i eat 800 or less calories and thats what im going to eat bucuz thats how i feel comfortable with i hope i lose weight . Eating 1000 calories makes me WAY full and i feel i wont lose weight.

it takes more time than just the summer to loose weight.keep doing what you've been doing and go on a diet and exercise and if things dont work out and you still have weight problems,JUST EMAIL ME AT MEANGIRL12312312@AOL.COM

If you eat 1200-1400 calories a day then youll lose weight, 1400-1600 youll stay the same, and more thatn 1600 youll gain weight.

cause u have to eat more then 200 calories a day u were eating to little food and when u do that u gain weight
