Ht. 4'11, Wt. 139 - this sucks! I DONT EAT AND I EXCERSISE HARD BUT I STILL GAINED 2 LBS BUT WHEN I DO EAT AND WORK OUT I LOSE WEIGHT LIFE IS SOOOOOOOOOOO WEIRD

Reply from dayna, Age 13 - 10/13/05 - IP#: 70.93.93.xxx well DUH!!! ok heres how ur metabolism goes you body gets used to burning the amount of calories u eat. wen u starve, your body if burning way fewer calories. so eat! just not junk! eat an apple! a plum! trust me..i know these things...my mom is thin and fit. she is a personal trainer, a triathalete, and a manager of a big gym! u can only guess how i feel next to her! i weigh 10 pounds more than her!
