Here's what I do, cut your calories, but you shouldn't go under 1200 cals a day. I also I have started a morning routine(only for monday-friday) where I do stuff like sit ups, push ups, weight lifting, etc. for like 10-15 minutes. Then, in the afternoon, I walk around the block 2-3 times. If you stay committed, you will deffinitely lose weight! I have lost 10.5 pounds in 6 weeks, but the first 5 weeks I cheated alot and didn't work out much, but the past 3 days I stayed really focused and committed, and I lost 2.5 pounds. GOOD LUCK!!!!!

Well this is what I am gonna start doing. 100 leg ups and 50 to 100 crunches. Then I just turn on some music at night and jump around and dance

Okay switch to low fat and fat free foods. Like switch to 1% milk and then work your way down to skim milk, use 50% light cheese, fat free mayonnaise (I prefer fat free miracle whip. It has more flavor) and stuff like that. Don’t eat a lot of butter. Try using Butter Buds which are butter flavored granulates. You can find them in the seasonings section at the store. Eat high in fiber foods like whole wheat bread instead of white. Instead of eating regular pizza try frozen smartones or south beach diet pizzas. And instead of ice cream try south beach diet cookies and weightwatchers ice cream bars, weight watchers cake, healthy choice ice cream, no pudge ice cream bars, or skinny cow ice cream bars. They have a lot of desserts out there that aren’t that bad for you! Some things I find helpful is to eat a small salad with fat free dressing with lunch and dinner. It makes you more full when you go to eat your main meal. Don't eat too many sweets. Make sure you don't have soda or chips on a regular basis. Eat LOTS of fruits and vegetables. And drink A LOT of water! Exercise daily. You can walk, or you can run, or ride your bike, or swim. Whatever you choose to do make sure you exercise for at least an hour daily. If you want you can just walk for thrity minutes and then swim for a little while and then just do outside play like jumping on a trampoline or playing basketball. weigh yourself every week and keep track of your weight. if you feel like snacking try drinking flavored water to satisfy your sweet tooth. Pay attention to portion sizes. If the serving size is one cup, don't have more than one cup. Portion sizes are one of the most important things in dieting. And remember to have faith in yourself. If you get yourself down it'll be ten times harder. And also remember to let go every once in a while and eat something that isn't in your diet! Good luck!

HI!IF U WANT TO LOSE WEIGHT,TRY TO DRINK PLENT OF WATER NO SODAS NO CHOCLATE OR ANY JUNK FOOD AND CUT YOUR MEALS IN HALF!THATS WHAT I HAVE BEEN TOLD!BUT I HAVNT TRIED YET SO MABE SHOULD AND TELL ME BOUT IT!ALSO CRUNCHES CAN HELP SOME!TRY TO GO PLAY SPORTS OR TRY DANCING CALSES ARE SOMETHING IF NOT FINE A HOBBY THAT CAN HELP U WITH WEIGHT ISSUES!
