Ht. 52, Wt. 163 - ok hey all ..... i havent been on for a while , hope everyone is acheiveing their goals !!!!!!!! well for me im n0t i lost 5lbs this summer then i gained it all back , im starting to watch what i eat plus i play soccer on tuesdays and thursdays i have practice from 6 to 7:15 then on saturday i play a 40min game so will any of this soccer help me please reply thanks u !!!!!!

Kelly is right. If you're only doing soccer, and you eat what you normally eat, it won't help. Do soccer, but do lots of other things too - do other sports.

It will help, but it won't do much unless you exercise everyday and eat extrememly healthy
