Ht. 5'3", Wt. 162 - I just wanted everyone to know about this cool show called "The Biggest Loser". It's about fat people who diet and lose weight. It's got great tips and cool meals and challenges. It's on Tuesday nights at 8 pm on FOX. I think it's FOX, but if it's not, look for it on your TV guide. Hope you like it!!! Julia
