Ok peeps. I need help. I weigh 145 pounds and im only 11. All of my friends are skinny girls, and i dont think they think im fat, but im like the fattest one in my class. Its imbarissing. I am already doing soccer and running so give me tips besides exercise. Thanks!!!

ok well ull need to drink lots and lots of water because when u drink water it goes to ur stomach and catches the fat and the more water u drink the more fat itll catch and then ull have to go to the bathroom and ull just trow all ur fat away in the toilet!and a good way of drinking water is making it fun to drink like what i do is bite a hole in the bottom of the bottle and its squirts the water out and i aim it to my mount and in 2 min. i drank one bottle! ~~fofo~~

dont eat junk food. even if you are in sports some of the junk you might eat you can't work off. did you know to work off ice cream you have to run 10 miles??? look at lucys cafeteria thingy, that opened my eyes to how fating foods really are. good luck!
