The diet I used was called the 90/10 diet. You eat 90% healthy and 10% fun foods. So, for example, for breakfast you could have scrambled eggs, orange juice, and a bowl of fruit. For lunch you could have chicken or fish, with a salad and some type of fruit juice. For dinner something like pasta with a side of steamed vegetables, and for dessert a square of chocolate. You can still have a little bit of sweets, while you have some really good foods. It's much better that getting fat free foods because after you get to your goal weight, you don't have to make the transition back to "regular" foods. You can just keep doing what you're doing. It isn't a fad diet, because the 90/10 diet is something that will help you be healthy and fit all the time, while with a fad diet, you'll lose weight, and, most likely, gain it all back, and sometimes, gain back more than you lost. This diet will help you change your lifestyle.
