Here are a few tips:
1. Cut your meals in half
2. Eat slowly
3. Make an excercise program for yourself
4. Get help from a friend to work with you
5. Find motivation-tape pic. of models to your fridge, I call them the "Food Police"
6. Read books involving overweight girls, my personal favorite is called "The Earth, My Butt, and Other Big, Round Things" it really makes you want to get on the floor and do fifty push ups!
