hey everyone :). thanks for all your support, you all are too kind. anyways today is the second day of my diet and i lost 2 lbs total, i'm really excited. if i keep this up i'll look great in my cheerleading uniform next yr!!! good luck to all of you!

wow that sounds like a good diet hope u do great with ur diet and if u want to loose more weight fatser drink water ive been drinking water and i lost 5 pounds good luck!!!
