Ht. 5'5, Wt. 166 - Hello ppls. long time i don't post. I've been busy working out. I don't know if ya'll still remember. I used to weight close to 190.Now I weight 166. I do the bicycle and I don't eat that much.
I don't like eating breakfast(don't know why)so I don't eat breakfast,(maybe only on saturdays and sundays). at school I eat lunch. Every time afterschool I check my weight and i have noticed that the lunch at my school don't make me fat(don't know why) when I get home, @ 4:00, I just eat a yoplait lowfat yogurt,It shouldn't have any calories. Then I do the bike,take a shower, do my home work, watch Tv, And go to sleep. Hope this work 4 ya'll

This is for Lizzie age 12. That is not healthy. Eat your breakfast,lunch,and dinner no matter what. You will get anorexia soon.
