im 5'4 and 160 pounds i have rolls and they keep getting bigger i go to a catholic school and have to wear a uniform so my fat hangs out kids make fun of me and punch me in the stomach to see my fat jiggle i need to lose weight any suggestions

Don't give up hope. Try this (it helped me lose 30 pounds in 10 weeks): With your parents and/or doctor's help, find out how many calaries you need each day and make up a menu for each of the 7 days of the week. Make sure the menu has a little bit of everything (meat, pasta, veggies, fruits, and healthy snacks like yogurt and applesauce). Stick to 3 meals a day plus one snack, and repeat the menu each week. Add some fun excersize like biking, swimming, bowling, and you'll see the scale go down! By doing this, you are really not dieting, but changing your life to healthy eating. Once a month, treat yourself to ONE slice of pizza, or something you really like, but then get right back on track and keep losing! Good luck to you!

You are a little over weight but you can fix that! Exsersise and cut down your porsions. And drink lots of water!
