Going on a no-fat or super low fat diet is not healthy. Eating a little fat will not make you gain weight--everybody needs a certain amount in their diet to stay healthy. The fat in food does serve a purpose: it keeps all your organs healthy, keeps your skin healthy, and pretty much keeps your body fuctioning. The only problem is when you eat TOO MUCH fat. Just don't eat so much junk food, which is a major source of bad fats.Include a little fat and protein in each meal. The only bad kind of fat to stay away from is SATURATED fat. The good, healthy fats are called MONOSATURATED and POLYSATURATED. So don't get all freaked out and cut fat out from your diet. :) Eat it in moderation and stay healthy.

Sometimes on the nutritional label on food, it says if it's poly or mono fat. Don't worry about it too much tho, just try to keep your saturated fat intake down. :)
