Ht. 5'2, Wt. 160 - Hey guys i ate 2 slices of white bread with 1 slice of cheese,1 ramon noodle soup,and white rice with 1 piece of fried chicken, and black beans and juice. Did i do good? i didnt workout though =(

Ramen noodle soup is something you might want to cross of of your list for options because it has a ton of calories and fat. Fried chicken isn't that great for you because fried foods have a lot of fat. cheese is okay once in a while and juice is pkay as long as u don't have too much
