Ht. 5 ft. 4, Wt. 160 - Hey i need your oppinion! I have been starving myself for about a week and a half, eating only dinner. Is this an unhealthy way to lose weight? So far i lost 4 pounds. Please help me I need to know your opinion, thnx

Stop starving yourself. you would be losing more weight if you ate about 5-6 SMALL meals a day and exercised regularly. Try about 3 times a week building up to 5, but dont over do it. Also try to eat things with a low amout of calories.

You have to lose weight slowly, or your body goes into a "shock mode" because it is burning only a certain amount calories. So basically your body stops burning calories and gets used to how many you are giving it, so you will stop losing weight. Sorry, that was probably kind of confusing, but just eat healthy and good luck!!!
