Reply from GiGi, Age 13 - 10/23/05 - IP#: 71.129.32.xxx Okay. Make a list of things that are "Healthy" and make a list of things "Unhealthy". Eat only the healthy for a month and don't touch the unhealthy. Eat 5 SMALL meals a day, like breakfast would be oatmeal, fruit, and juice. Mid-morning snack would be a granola bar, lunch would be ham, turkey, and cheese on a piece of bread. Afternoon snack would be a handful of pretzels, and for dinner have a piece of baked chicken breast with a salad, vegetables, fruit, and a tall glass of water. For excercising do lots of cardio, like tennis, running, basketball. Also do pilates and yoga. The excercise DVD's for pilates are really cheap and you can buy them by what you want to work on: Buns of Steel or Abs of Gold. Good luck!
