Ht. 5'2, Wt. 166 - hey people omg i feel awful!i went to the doctor and i weigh 166! i gained 6 pounds! I dont get it! I think i've been going easy on me.Im strictly going to eat 3 times a day and do 100 jumpingjacks.Im am still motivatied now more since i've got alot to lose.DOes anyone know any good tips out there? plz reply. I also realized no one replyed on my other post =(

Reply from Caitee, Age 12 - 11/08/05 - IP#: 70.72.229.xxx You're actually suppposed to have about 5-6 SMALL meals a day. Having those small meals will help boost your motabolism. But make sure they are not big meals. And keep working out!
