Ht. 5'5, Wt. would rather not say - ok i am on a basketball team and my coach even says i am the biggest girl on the team... and then all the other girls a really skinny (which actually doesn't bother me anymore because they are all really cool) but i would stil like to lose like 10 pounds to get a little closer to my goal.... any ideas please help me!

drink lots of skim milk. eat SLOW. ever so often have a fruit or vegetable so when it comes time for supper your less likely to eat to less healthy stuff. EXERCISE DAILY. this is VERY important. i wish u the best of luck!!!! o yea avoid greas and fried foods
