Ht. 5' 0", Wt. 148 - Hi my sister is 5' 4" she is 13 and weighs 74 pounds, that HALF MY WEIGHT. all the boys in school have a crush on her she is so fit and pretty and is very smart. She is not that skinny either, but very thin. She even has a six pack. How can I become 74 pounds?

74 lb is way too low for her height and age so dont worry about her being half ur size cuz she is very underweight!
