Ht. tall..not sure , Wt. 190 - Ok, so im really tall, and i am in 7th gr.. i really wanna lose weight, but i try running on treadmil..but i cant keep doing it...i just stop after a while. Another thing, is that my friends tell me im not fat, but then i say i am, and they r like its just because ur tall! well, nomally it tall and thin..not tall and elephante......some nights i cry myself to sleep, and now i am really sad, cuz there is this guy i really like, and hates me cuz im fat, and now i cant stand my weight! I really need to lose weight! i wanna be 100-120 pounds at the most! PLease help me and give me tips to my weight problem! Thanks!

But if you really wanna lose weight the key is just to believe in yourself and stick with it, but dont lose too much, 100-120 pounds is a lot smaller than anyone thinks and some people may think you have an eating disorder.

Reply from Emily, Age 17 - 11/07/05 - IP#: 71.112.36.xxx Don't go to that low of a weight, you'll be anirexic. The best tips is push yourself beyond where you're comfortable in exercise. Eat healthy too, get all food groups in and eat smaller portions. But don't do a crash diet type of thing.
