Reply from charity, Age 12 - 07/09/03 - IP#: 24.164.48.xxx exercise ,drink water ,eat heathly! those r the 3 simple things! drink lots of water and only eat when your hungry and dont eat cuz it time to eat (like its supper time or something like that)or cuz your friends r eatin, eat cuz YOUR hungry!and again drink water and exercise!
