Ht. 5ft, Wt. 15stone 5lb - hi,im overweight and my sister and mom try helping me and even go on diets with me because they need to loose weight to, now they have given up on me and have started a diet together which i can't go on. i've recently been told by the doctor that i should start cutting down but i'm like an eating machine. i do excersize regurally by joining sports teams but when i'm around food i feel the need to eat and now it's just got out of hand. plz help me!!!lv beth xx  (Note: 1 stone (st) equals 14 pounds.)

I know this may be hard but try to pass by the food and get something to drink like water or milk if your not trully hungry then you should be able to go without food at that time:) i hope this helps!!

through all the food that makes you tempted out of the house i know it sounds crazy but it works. and when you're over eating think to i wanna be thin or have this more. remember nothint aste as good as thin feels.

1200 calories might be a little to low do 1500-1700. Plus when you eat get all your food groups in and eat whole grain grains

Okay switch to low fat and fat free foods. Like switch to 1% milk and then work your way down to skim milk, use 50% light cheese, fat free mayonnaise (I prefer fat free miracle whip. It has more flavor) and stuff like that. Don’t eat a lot of butter. Try using Butter Buds which are butter flavored granulates. You can find them in the seasonings section at the store. Eat high in fiber foods like whole wheat bread instead of white. Instead of eating regular pizza try frozen smartones or south beach diet pizzas. And instead of ice cream try south beach diet cookies and weightwatchers ice cream bars, weight watchers cake, healthy choice ice cream, no pudge ice cream bars, or skinny cow ice cream bars. They have a lot of desserts out there that aren’t that bad for you! Some things I find helpful is to eat a small salad with fat free dressing with lunch and dinner. It makes you more full when you go to eat your main meal. Don't eat too many sweets. Make sure you don't have soda or chips on a regular basis. Eat LOTS of fruits and vegetables. And drink A LOT of water! Exercise daily. You can walk, or you can run, or ride your bike, or swim. Whatever you choose to do make sure you exercise for at least an hour daily. If you want you can just walk for thrity minutes and then swim for a little while and then just do outside play like jumping on a trampoline or playing basketball. weigh yourself every week and keep track of your weight. if you feel like snacking try drinking flavored water to satisfy your sweet tooth. Pay attention to portion sizes. If the serving size is one cup, don't have more than one cup. Portion sizes are one of the most important things in dieting. And remember to have faith in yourself. If you get yourself down it'll be ten times harder. And also remember to let go every once in a while and eat something that isn't in your diet! Good luck!
