Ht. 5'3", Wt. 140 - I was 161 pounds and now I am 132 pounds and I have gone down from a size 9 to a size 3. But even though I am a size 3 and am only like 15 pounds above average why do I seem to have so much fat around my thighs and stomach still? Anybody know the reasoning for this and how to get rid of it? If you do that would be so great. And I lost all the weight that I have by following those tips I have been giving everyone so take them into consideration!
