Ht. 5'2", Wt. 133 - I can't stand being overweight anymore. I was losing weight consistantly but now I can't break through this wall of 130! It is causing a lot of depression in my life and I am sick f having a bunch of belly fat always hanging over my pants. Please help me.

exercise more ur almost close to ur goal weight and u start to lose slower tat heppend to me and i exercised more and got past it

Do you have a treadmill? If you do, walk 30mins every day for a few weeks. Also do sit-ups. If you don't have a treadmill, walk to school. It is the same thing. If you lose 10lbs you will be the perfect weight.

you make think it alot but dont stress thats a avergae weight u should be around 115lbs to 130 so dont stress to much just work harder and i think u can achieve ur goal
