Hi, im Mia and i'm aboout 4'7". i wiegh 157lbs and i'm really fat. my tummy bulges out and i cant get in2 my fave cloths now. I told my mum i wanted to be thin agen but she said i was too young to go on a diet and i shud wait until i am older. but i think if i wait ne longer ill be even fater. i get picked on at school and im afraid to go up to high school becuse i will get picked on more. help me, i hate beeng fat.

Hey look you just need to go on a diet like vegies and fruits or just small servings of food and excercise.

i really think u should tell your mom how u feel because if she knows mabey she will help and mabey just dont go on a diet just limit your foods u eat and exersis daily thats what i do and im not too big

Im sorry the kids pick on you at school.But just remeber if they pick on you there the ones that are being stupid becouse,they have nothing better to do than talk about nothing.Just remember its inside what counts!(dont think about you image think about your health more!)

Hi! I know its hard and I want to help. When your mom says you can't go on a diet why don't you ask her to help you eat better. Like don't eat a lot of junk food and don't eat too much, too much can make you fat. You could also get more exercise, just go for a little walk each day. It doesn't have to be hard just eat better(less junk, not too much) and exercise (walk).

if you want to lose weight you can start running first you can start with 1 lape around your house then go to 2 laps and so on. then you can start to eat veggies and fruit.it's ok to have a candybar every once in awhile but not every day.if you no what a arobics tape is you can try and get one.
