Ht. 5'8, Wt. 195 - Ok here is the deal.I have been over weight my whole life and I need some advice.
1.Does weight watchers work?
2.What does a "low calories" or "low carb" diet mean?
3.What are other diets?
4.Can you give me exercises?
I hate being over weight and it gets on my nerves really bad when people weigh liike 110 and are 5'4 and say "Oh my god I am over weight!" I personally think that those people are going to end up anerexic or end up dying (no offense). I need anything in the world I need as much stuff possible. Please help me I want to be my normal size!

Biggy let me just say something. i've been over-weight all my life. I hate it. I tried going on low carbs of low calorie diets. Those diets dont work. I went to Nemours Childrens Clinic here in Jacksonville Florida and i had to go to a gastrooligest doctor.(Which means a doctor for the human stomach) Anyways I'm 26.9 lb over weight for my age and hieght. So what she did was she let me try this no calorie foods. I lost 13.0 lb. This doesnt mean i'm not over-weight still. I'm over weight still, my doctor told me that I need to get on a tredmill and excersise, get in too sports. She also told me that you should not eat 3 meals a day u should eat 5 meals a day. J"ust spilt you meals up in portions.. Well all I can tell you dont skip meals then you will severly suffer.
